This was the last piece and also the smallest work in this body of work. After having just created it, I lovingly referred to it as ‘The Baby’. The title “Eight AM, Through the Lace” speaks to the moment when I took the reference photo and the feeling I tried to convey. The magenta moments surprises me every time I look at the piece.
